  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system
  • Respect the intellectual property of Tribu Tulum and other users

2. User Accounts

  • Keeping your password confidential
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Content

When you publish content on Tribu Tulum (reviews, photos, comments), you declare that:

  • You hold the necessary rights to the content
  • The content does not infringe third-party rights
  • The content complies with our community policies
  • You grant us a license to use, modify and distribute the content on the platform

4. Services for Businesses

Businesses listed on Tribu Tulum must:

  • Provide truthful information about their services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the terms of their plan
  • Not publish misleading or fraudulent content

5. Plans, Payments and Refunds

  • The paid plan (Anfitrión) is prepaid for a season of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There is NO automatic renewal and no recurring charge: when your season ends, nothing else is charged. To continue, you buy another season; if your current season is still active, the new one is added at the end of it and you don’t lose any days.
  • All prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT (IVA).
  • Founder price: businesses that sign up by December 31, 2026 pay $249 a month and keep that price on every renewal, as long as their season is never expired for more than 15 days. From January 1, 2027, the price for new sign-ups is $499 a month.
  • Early payment bonus: if you pay by December 31, 2026, your season includes one extra month of service at no cost.
  • Founder spots: each category (the main category of the listing) has at most 5 businesses with the paid plan at the same time, because the recommendation card is shared among them. When a category is full, no new orders or payments can be opened for it; renewals of businesses that already have the paid plan are never blocked. A spot opens up when a Founder lets their season expire.
  • Bundle plans: a plan that comes with a bundle code (the ones La Siete Tulum gives with its spaces) includes the featured position, the removal of other businesses’ ads from your listing, the verified badge and the contact guarantee, but not the recommendation card on the listings in your category, and it does not take a Founder spot. If you later sign up for the plan, the season you pay for starts that day and switches on your card (if there is a spot in your category); the bundle season keeps running until its end date.
  • Contact guarantee: if in any month of your season you don’t get a single contact through Tribu Tulum (WhatsApp, call, directions or a visit to your website), we add that month for free. It is measured from the interactions recorded on your claimed listings and applied automatically when each month closes: you don’t have to ask for it.
  • Payments are processed on a secure Stripe page, by card (with interest-free installments on participating cards) or in cash at OXXO. The charge shows up on your statement as TRIBU TULUM.
  • If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), enter your tax details on the payment page.
  • When a season ends without renewal, your listing stays published for free; the featured position, the removal of other businesses’ ads, the verified badge and your card on the listings in your category switch off, and your Founder spot opens up for someone else.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
