If in any month of your season you don’t get a single contact through Tribu (WhatsApp, call, directions or a visit to your website), we add that month for free.
We do not get you reviews, we do not answer your WhatsApp, and there is no booking engine. There is no robot answering your customers either: the assistant you see on the site belongs to Tribu Tulum and is already free for anyone who visits. The plan does five things, all five working today, and they are written above exactly as they are.
Appear in the Tulum directory and attract more customers
We have no paid plan for agents, and we will not publish one until there is something real to charge for. List as many properties as you want, with photos, location and your contact details, in Spanish and English. If your agency needs something else, write to us and we will look at it on a call.
Your listing is sorted ahead of the others in the directory and in your category. We deliberately do not say first place: if several businesses in your category subscribe, they share that top block and the usual criteria decide the order among them. And it does not change what Google does: this is the order inside Tribu Tulum.
Being listed does not mean the listing is yours yet. Find it, claim it with your WhatsApp and it becomes yours: that is free and it opens the panel to fix details, upload photos and see your Google numbers. The Anfitrión plan is the next step: it moves your listing up in its category and removes other businesses’ ads from it.

Anyone who signs up by December 31, 2026 pays $249 a month, VAT included, and keeps that price on every renewal as long as their season is never expired for more than 15 days. There is no cap: it applies to every business in Tulum that joins in time. From the following day, the price for new sign-ups is $499 a month.
If you pay by October 31, your season comes with one extra month of service at no cost: 3 months become 4, 6 become 7 and 12 become 13.
No. You prepay a season of 3, 6 or 12 months and there is no automatic charge: when it ends, nothing is charged again. If you want to continue, you buy another season.
By credit or debit card (interest-free installments on participating Mexican cards) or in cash at OXXO, on a secure Stripe page. The price already includes VAT (IVA). As soon as the payment is confirmed, your plan switches on by itself.
Yes. On the payment page, enter your tax details: RFC and legal name, tax regime, CFDI use and postal code. The price already includes VAT (IVA).
You pay 10 months for 12 months of service: $2,490 instead of $2,988. The 3 and 6 month terms are simply the monthly price multiplied, with no discount and no surcharge.
It switches on by itself: when your plan goes live on your claimed listing, it shows the verified business badge (the claim already confirmed through your WhatsApp that the business is yours). If your season ends and you do not renew, the badge switches off.
