Tulum as a technology adoption pilot
Innovation City
Innovation City is the Tulum Innovation Fest organizer’s initiative to bring technology to Tulum in stages. The first stage is payments: helping hotels, restaurants, shops and service providers take payments from residents, tourists and digital nomads with new tools. These are the network merchants the organizer has verified.
How the badge works

The organizer verifies it
LIKE GROUP! MANAGEMENT reviews each merchant and its enabled payment methods. Tribu Tulum only publishes what they verified, with the date.

Payments are direct
Merchants receive settlement according to their enabled methods and their provider’s terms. Tribu Tulum never charges, receives or touches any payment.

Dated and current
Every badge carries its verification date. If a merchant leaves the network, it comes off this page the same day.

For merchants
Onboarding to the network is run by the organizer. All the information is on their official site.
